Extramedullary plasmacytoma is a rare soft tissue neoplasm characterized by monoclonal proliferation of plasma cells. We report a case of extramedullary plasmacytoma in a 45 year old male patient with a history of nasal obstruction and a polypoid mass was noticed in the Left Maxillary sinus. The mass was completely excised and histopathology, immuno-histochemistry findings lead to a diagnosis of Plasmacytoma of Left Maxillary Sinus
