The COVID-19 pandemic is putting everyone at the edge of fragile mental health status and generating health crisis across the globe. The interplay between the COVID-19 pandemic and mental health issues is not new. The rapid growth of COVID-19 infection cases, transmission rates and mortality rates within a short span of time, is deteriorating one's mental health day by day. These traumatic experiences (loss of loved ones, infected with COVID-19, fear of infection, loss of job's, financial constraints, stigma, anxious about future, lack of resources, and other psychosocial issues) due to the COVID-19 pandemic are draining our chemical brains and not letting us to have hope for tomorrow. Will let us have new hope for our healthier and happier tomorrow.
